Indications for the procedure:

- wrinkle reduction, counteracting signs of ageing,
- improvement of skin appearance (e.g. décolletage, hands),
- skin regeneration after other procedures (accelerates healing),
- filling post-acne scars.
Before the procedure:
A consultation with a plastic surgeon is required, during which the specialist doctor answers all of the patient's questions and discusses the details of the procedure. Blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin) must not be taken for at least 10 days before the procedure.
Type of anesthesia:
Local
Duration of the procedure:
Approx. 60–90 min.
Course of the procedure:
In the first stage of the procedure, adipose tissue is collected, from which stem cells are extracted. Then blood is drawn from a vein (the patient does not need to fast), transferred to a special separator and the collected material is centrifuged. The stem cells from fat are activated with the collected and prepared blood preparation. The resulting material is administered by injection using the classic mesotherapy technique or linearly, along wrinkles or skin folds. The procedure can be repeated, depending on needs, every 4–6 months or less frequently.
Postoperative recommendations / complications:
Numerous puncture marks and bruising subside within a few days.
Recovery time:
A few days.
