Treatment process | microneedle mesotherapy:
The microPen treatment takes approximately 30–45 minutes. During the procedure, microneedles the diameter of a human hair make thousands of fine punctures through which a cocktail of active substances, selected by a professional, is introduced.
Note: During the procedure, skin redness is visible, with the possibility of minor bleeding. Immediately after the procedure the patient may feel warmth, a slight burning sensation and increased skin sensitivity.
Post-procedure recommendations after mesotherapy:
- after mesotherapy you can return to everyday activities (despite e.g. skin redness, makeup can be applied)
- after 3–4 days, delicate fine-flake peeling may appear (do not touch or scratch)
- applying special post-procedure cosmetics to the treated areas is recommended in order to reduce swelling
- direct sun exposure and solarium must be completely avoided for 6 weeks after the procedure
For the most effective skin renewal, 3 to 5 microneedle mesotherapy treatments every 2–3 weeks are recommended. To maintain the effect, 2–3 full sessions per year are advised.
